•        You'll work closely with the collaborative agile environment to develop automated tests under C# + Nunit + Selenium Webdriver Framework
•        You’ll also perform some manual testing and bug verification.
•        Also, the business is in a phase of rapid growth. Change is a constant and you’ll enjoy rapid and agile development environment, whilst gradually building “foundations” to support the growing scale of the business.  


We’re looking for the best and brightest Automation Test Analyst to join our team.  

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
•        Build upon automated test suite (end to end automation testing scripts from scratch) including foundation common classes, encapsulating common methods, etc...
•        Execute and maintain automation testing scripts that exercise our full feature set
•        Monitor and report automation execution results, identify, analyse results, investigate and resolve issues
•        Design, develop and execute manual test plans and test cases; raise, trace defects and work with the development team to work solutions and retest
•        Help the technical support team and the customer service team triage, troubleshoot and follow up production issues
•        Assist team lead to continually reassess usability, design, and risk, build release confidence, and update testing strategies appropriately
•        Work with developers and the team lead to develop innovative testing solutions and improve product testability. Contribute on functional, integration, automation, regression, and performance testing
•        Continually identify ways for the team to do a better job of producing high-quality software
•        Have a mindset that is customer-focused, results-oriented, craftsman-like, collaborative, creative, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering business value in a timely manner

The KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Required:
•        2-5 years testing automation development/testing experience
•        Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium Webdriver, NUnit, Python, Page Object Model, Data driven), C# development experience.
•        Strong understanding of web technology (HTML, JavaScript, Ajax…), mobile web/app technology (REST API, XML/JSON web service)
•        Proficient in agile development methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, XP)
•        Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar field
•        3+ Yeas Experience in  collaborative Agile environment
•        Hands-on skills on iOS and Android Mobile applications automation scripting
•        Experience testing .net web applications and APIs
•        Hands-on experience testing sophisticated browser-based applications, responsive website is a plus

Desired:
•        ISTQB qualified
•        Familiarity with SQL Server database
•        Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
•        Experience with Continuous Integration and continuous Deployment preferred (Atlassian Bamboo)
•        Use of JIRA for Test Case Management
•        Experience with Performance testing
•        Experiences in Financial e-Payment Markets is preferred
•        Team Player with the ability to work with developers, business users, customer service, technical support and other team members

帖子一发出去，就收到回复。不过有个别朋友感觉不真实，这么好的工作机会能在这里发？不用猎头么？统一回复。
1. 公司目前只独家委托了一家大型猎头公司，他们有自己的渠道推广和招聘流程，因为圣诞节缘故比较慢。但是项目比较急，只好我自己也找了；
2. 用猎头的费用不菲，大伙知道的，而且多半找来的多是三哥三姐吧，他们在测试这方面还是比较强的，多半持有个正培训认证，例如ISTQB, 当然如果有是最好的；
