请问Piara Waters这个区怎么样~~

请问Piara Waters这个区如何？长登一年了，打算买房，看得都眼花了，最近看了一套在Piara Waters，好像还不错，但对这个区实在不了解，谁能给扫个盲？谢谢！！！

新区！

比 southern river 更南，接近 amadale，短期（5-10年）内无太大升值潜力，不过是蛮好的住家地段。

缺点：一个字（远）-----离火车站远，离购物中心远，离学校远，离高速公路远，需要很长一段时间发展。

优点也有：
新区房新，小区规划的不错，购物没问题，bunnins coles就在旁边，学校也不错，大多数邻居都是工作稳定和FIFO的，所以治安好，华人多。70-80万可以买到很新的房，就看你对交通的要求，我从北京来的，所以觉得1小时的通勤不算什么，因人而异吧

I bought land around the area. as it's new area so cheaper than the established estate. there will be new shopping centres and parks around but probably will take a few years to get all the facilities up and run. But, it's worth for waiting.. I heard they will have train station in Piara waters in year's time. but, don't know how long it will take... let's hope it will happen.

可以盖房子的新区，Piara Waters 算是能够接受的距离，BYFORD 或是 BALDIVIS，WELLARD，LAKELAND 这些就更远了！

这又是另一种的取舍问题-------------

Heron Park, Newhaven Estate, 目前有大笔土地在卖，有兴趣各位可以去看看！

靠近KWINANA HWY 的是 Honeywood Estate, 不过位置就更南了，在 AUBIN GROVE 的下面

新区，房子又新又大，小区规划是老区不能比的。现在还在开发，所以过几年升值潜力还是有的。居民都 young family。治安也不错，很适合家庭居住。学校因为是新区所以学校肯定没有名气啊。不过看周围住的人应该不会差的。比有的区学校里都是难民土著的要好

if want to build better to buy the land soon, went to the land office again with friend on Sunday. the price has increased from $265k to $300k from last June/July. and the land office said, land increase by $4000 per month.

Yah, these two Heron Park and New Heaven Estate are good ones. award winning estate and no Big powerline across the estate.

我现在就住在piara waters这个区，二年前买地建房的，我自己感觉还是不错，小区规划比较好，房子很新，大部分5年以内。我家附近绿化不错，感觉比canningvale的建筑的容积率要低点。你要买地的话象 loveaussie说的一样，要注意不要在高压线附近，当初放弃newheaven的一块地就是因为这个原因。治安挺不错的，我买车保险的时候还降了保费，这个区中国人挺多的，散步就认识了不少人。

缺点嘛，新区配套肯定差一些，
教育：现在有个小学piara waters primary school, 没什么名气。
shopping：我觉得不是问题，到livingston shopping center，market city也就10-20分钟，coles，bunning5-10分钟，nicholson rd还有超市在建。还有去jandakot 24h的spudshed买东西很方便，那东西便宜，最关键24小时。
交通：公共交通就差点，公交很少班次。可以自驾到cockburn center station，然后再座火车。自驾的话我觉得没什么不方便的。

my colleague built in CYO O'connor. I like that estate, but no land left at all when we bought our land.
which estate your're with? I bought the one in Heron park, there is no powerline across the estate at all. lol

Did New heaven got powerline there? I didn't notice, probably each time only turn into Heron Park didnt pay much attention to it.

I gave up a big block 521+ sqm and bought the current one in Heron park, was becasue of the big powerline as well. that estate I gave up, was a few powerline across whole estate. can't image of that to live in.

i am living in CYO O'connor. haha
what a pity we can not be neighbor in walking distance
are you Malaysian? i ve known some of them
there is one big power line in New heaven estate(can't remember what is stage) and same as the Riva estate.
