2013年2月24日悉尼爬山徒步俱乐部对新会员的活动(名额已满)

近日收到很多同学对爬山徒步很有兴趣，希望加入我们的俱乐部。

2013年2月24日星期天，在悉尼南部的皇家国家公司有一个较为容易可看到鹿的徒步活动。

欢迎新会员参加。

名额有限制。新老会员总数不超过16人。

We are going to see Deer and bushwalk at Royal National Park Sunday Feb 24 2013.

The Deer Stalker

This loop track of about 15 KM with “easy” grade will take 4-5 hours

The beauty of the forest encouraged park management to make a Forest Park Track in 1886 “to open up the park to the public.” Well done!

The walk explored an area, where deer can be seen. Early settlers, to provide more familiar animals than kangaroos, introduced deer. They are still here in limited numbers. Walkers need to be observant, as deer are shy. They are likely to be seen by the creek before reaching the rock pool or on the forest path after leaving Lady Carrington Track.

Current or past membership of Sydneyhiking Club is compulsory due to the nature of outdoor activities. New membership application will open now. The Membership form could be obtained via petercai08@hotmail.com

Please consider your own fitness before joining these activities. The organizer reserves all the rights to make selection of suitable participant(s).

Outdoor activities carry their own risks of injury and death. The Organizer has no any control over what the participant does, and cannot accept any liability for any loss or accidents which the participant might suffer.

截至1月23日早晨，报名人数已超半。

载至1月24日中午，已有13人报名，所以还有3名空额，

以后每次活动根据地区和难度，最多人数，8，10，12和16人不等。如人数少于最低人数6名，活动也会取消。

名额已满，2月24日不再接受新队员。

下次接收新会员可能在2013年5月份。

请教一下是皇家国家公园里是哪几条路线比较容易见到鹿呢？皇家国家公园是外来的蒂汶黑鹿（Javan Rusa）的主要栖息地。在澳洲别的地方见到的鹿，大多不是这种。所以我一直比较想见这种鹿。

There are two areas as I knew.

1) Jibbon Point Looptrack near to beach/ocean;

If walking quietly in morning (before 8:00 AM), you would have big chance.

2) Forrest path along Hacking river

You may see whole day if you slow and keep silence as much as possible.


Deers fear of loud sound.
