I don't think you can. A lot of countries allow Australian travel 3 months without visas, but if you want to work in those contries, you have to get work visa, even you are an Austraian.

直接去，澳籍和pr可以直接去，不需要工作签证，居留和工作完全可以！

yes and no. With pr visa doesn't mean you are pr of au. you need to be on shore to enable the pr status.

a current Australian Resident Return Visa
you will normally be granted a New Zealand residence class visa on arrival.

具体，持有澳大利亚永居签证，前往新西兰，不用签证
入境时盖章，永久居留许可，可以工作
但一旦离开新西兰，居留许可失效
当然，可以凭澳大利亚有效签证再次入境

是否可以申请到新西兰的永久回头签，不知道

是不是可以这样理解，澳洲PR可以一直居住在新西兰生活和工作，只要不离开新西兰，即使澳洲PR失效，对吧？

是的不用贴签也可以直接到新西兰， 但前提是你澳洲的签证要激活
