Raining day for inspection, but the ideal townhouse is under deposit

Last week checked this town house already, used to be 480/w, now 460/w. But when I came to that place this morning, it's under deposit. Lovely place, pretty new and quite, not facing the street, the second row behind.

3 bed rooms one is a little old, but close to shopping center and station. 2 bed rooms one is pretty new. The old house has even shown on Google map. Close to school.
