总裁助理职位描述:
岗位职责:
1. 协助董事长处理相关文件、信件,及时流转各类需总经理签批的文件。
2. 协助董事长起草信函、发文、报告、通知等各类综合性文件。
3. 负责企业重要文件资料和档案的整理、归档和文件密级划分工作。
4. 统筹董事长工作日程, 并根据工作日程做好总经理预约人员的接待、安排等事
务。
5. 做好企业重要会务管理工作,跟踪督促、反馈会议决议中各类事项执行情况。
6. 协助董事长督导各职能部门按时履行各项工作计划,并及时反馈各部门工作
计划执行效果。
7. 处理临时性突发的相关工作。
任职要求:
1.25-40岁,男女均可,身体健康,相貌端正,气质佳。
2. 文秘、语言、行政管理等相关专业专科以上学历。
3. 具有较好的口头表达和文字撰写能力,善长沟通,事业心强,能承受较强工
作压力。
4. 熟练使用现代化办公软件。
5. 有三年以上相关工作经验。
6.接受出差,适合高强度的工作时间和环境。

Responsibilities:
1. Accurating completion of general administrative duties
2. Handling all company and client information confidentially and professionally
3. Managing and executing meeting outcomes.
4. Coordinate domestic and international travel per manager requirements, and reschedule as needed, often at short notice and includes flights, accommodation, transportation.
5. Provide travel itineraries and ensure relevant business material relating to business travel is collated and presented well in advance of departure.
6. Co-ordinate preparatory meeting, lunches, dinners, and events.
7. Demonstrate high professional standards in respect of internal and external relationships.
8. Have excellent telephone and communication skills.
9. Be able to work under pressure.
Qualifications:
1. Confident and responsible personality
2. Confident user in MS Office
3. 3 years EA / PA / or Office Management experience
4.Great presentation and communication
5.Ability to attend industry associated domestic and international events
6. Both Mandarin and English written and verbal skills are essential
