1、LOCATION,所选物业要体现稀缺性,要么景观唯一,要么区域具有特色或者发展前景;
2、房屋的户型、装修质量、设计风格、朝向及社区管理;
3、历史数据显示的良好的升值记录及稳定的租金回报;
4、发展商实力及该投资区域的社会口碑(很重要,我们只做大品牌开发商的楼盘);
5、周边健全的社区服务设施及好的学校等;
