Implementation 是實施過程，就是需求分析以後，準備編碼以前，的一個階段。一般是需要寫一個 Implementation Plan的。這幾計劃中定義了：

實施條目，負責人，期限

Do not Micro Manage
Set Key Indicators
Set parameters
Establish a routine
Set time for reflection
Be flexible
Stay current
