因为想直接申请PR，一个朋友建议我问问Australian Engineering
于是我发了一份咨询邮件

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am current a student of Master of Food Science by coursework in Melbourne University and will get my degree and the end of this year.

Has a work experience in Agricultural Quality Assurance Centre for 1 and a half year, I am thinking if I am qualified to get through the Migration Skills Assessment as agricultural engineering?

Here is some information of myself:

• Bachelor degree of biological science, 4-year Honour, Sichuan University, China
  
• I have participated in the following program while study:
  
• Biological Resources and Biomedical Engineering:
  
• Transgenic Tobaccos Produced Crocus by Introducing CSZCD from the Saffron
  
• 2004-2005
  
• Molecular Biology:
  
• The Gene Expressions Related To The Petal Development Of Oilseed Rape
  
• 2005-2006
  
• Working experience:
  
• Quality analyst (including chemical analysis for additive) for grain, oil, flour and related, feed (for meet industry and also pet feed) products.
  
• Current study: Master of Food Science by coursework in Melbourne University
  
• Current project:
  
• Fundamental Study of the Growth of Local Edible Mushroom Morchella elata. (Black Morel) and the Genetic Analysis
  
• Expect graduate date: November 2009
  

And what is more, I wonder if I cannot be proved as Agricultural engineer what else occupation I can be proved?

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Please rest assured that ALL engineering occupations are covered by the
SOL.   It's just that some of them do not have their own code, and we
have to make use of one of the miscellaneous ('not elsewhere
classified') codes for this purpose.

If you were to nominate successfully as a Food Engineer (for example),
the potential assessment outcome for you could be one of the following:

- ASCO 2129-79 - (professional) Food Engineer
- ASCO 2128-79 - Food Engineering Technologist
- ASCO 3129-79 - Food Engineering Associate

It is a bit unlikely that we will be able to assess you as an
Agricultural Engineer, to the ABS definition of ASCO 2129-13 as given
here:

这个code 2129-79是跟另外一个工程师职业一样但是名字不一样，我于是咨询移民局，得到答复

Nominated Occupation not on the Critical Skills List

You have indicated that you wish to nominate an occupation that is not on
the Critical Skills List (CSL).

The intention of the measure is to prioritise the Migration Program
according to those occupations most in need, and these, together with
employer and State/Territory sponsored applications will be processed
ahead of those nominating occupations not on the CSL.

但是我还是不是很确定，code 和职业名称必须是都跟Critical Skills List (CSL)里面一样才行？一个code可以有很多不同职业？有些可以多加分？

只有你递交签证申请的时候你的职业代码包括括号内的内容在上面这个表里面才属于MODL，才有加分

只有你的职业代码一直在CSL中，才会被优先处理
