标题: 有没有想申请堪培拉担保的朋友？
１）我姐也想申请，大家联系一下可以互相交流，尤其是州担保的材料准备问题。

２）我生活在堪培拉，挺喜欢这里的，如果想了解这里的生活也可以交流。

不知道有没有已经取得勘培拉担保的朋友呢？介绍介绍经验吧！

ACT这样的城市规模其实我挺喜欢的，不过就是担心就业机会比较少。
　特别是申请ACT担保的朋友，要是去了那边又没工作，那这２年怎么过呢？

只要肯吃苦，工作遍地都是。但你想坐办公室喝喝茶看看报纸每周拿2000刀，那样的工作确实少。

哦，专业对口的工作得看你的英语水平和运气了。七尺男儿，就算暂时没找到专业工作，也不能闲着对不对？先找个labour工做着，养家糊口。

ACT和别的州担保时一样的程序，不过要交费，好像200多刀。网址从移民局的网站上有直接的链接

堪培拉的就业情况我觉得是这样，机会的确比其他的城市要少，但是竞争也相对少一些。一旦找到对口的工作就很容易得到。因为本土的技术人员不多，很多时候雇主也要靠从别的州引进。我老公先来堪培拉工作的，他开始很担心我在这里找不到专业工作，所以很犹豫要不要来上班。那时候我就鼓励他说我肯定能找到，其实自己心里也没底。不过没想到很顺利，1个多月就找到了，而且也和自己所学的直接相关。当然，这可能有运气成分，不过堪培拉也不失一个选择。大家可以考虑考虑。这样堪培拉的freeoz筒子就会更多啦！

the ACT Government will decide which skilled migrants will be nominated for sponsorship, based on the following criteria:
• Have a skilled occupation listed on the ACT ‘Skills in Demand’ list.
• Have a skill set with reasonable employment opportunities in the Canberra labour market.
• Have the following minimum work experience and English ability:
− Managers and Administrators: minimum five years work experience and minimum IELTS 7 in speaking.
− Professionals: minimum three years work experience and minimum IELTS 6.5 in speaking.
− Associate professionals: minimum three years work experience and minimum IELTS 6 in speaking.
− Trades: minimum IELTS 5.5 in speaking (Hairdressers require a 6 in speaking and Electricians require a 6 in reading).
• Have a demonstrated commitment to living and working in Canberra for a minimum two year period from visa grant.
• Sign a declaration acknowledging and accepting ACT Government sponsorship obligations as the holder of a Skilled-Sponsored Visa (see attachment A).

APPLICATION FOR SPONSORSHIP
An application for ACT Government sponsorship must include the following:
• Completed application for ACT Government sponsorship.
• Signed and witnessed declaration acknowledging and accepting ACT Government sponsorship obligations (see attachment A).
• An occupation listed on the ACT ‘Skills in Demand’ list.
• Statement (no more than two pages) demonstrating your commitment to living in Canberra for a minimum two year period. The statement should include evidence that you have personally researched Canberra’s unique lifestyle, employment opportunities and family attractions and explained how they will suit your way of life
more than any other city in Australia. We want you to tell us, in your own words, why you want to live in Canberra. Simply providing copied information from the internet or another source would not be considered sufficient evidence of your commitment to living in Canberra. You are expected to undertake personal research of the wonderful lifestyle and employment opportunities offered by living in
Canberra.
• Email the commitment statement to businessmigration@act.gov.au after the sponsorship application has been lodged.
• Current Curriculum Vitae clearly stating personal details, relevant work experience and formal qualifications.
• Evidence of formal qualification and course completion if a graduate from an Australian institution.
• Certified copy of a current skill assessment by the relevant assessing body.
• Evidence of English language ability (if applicable) e.g. current IELTS.
• Copy of passport (bio page and Australian visas if any) for main applicant and dependents.
• Documentary evidence to support current personal financial status. Main applicants should have at least A$20,000 in transferable assets, with A$10,000 for each additional dependent family member.
− If you have less than the required amount of transferable assets, you must provide a statement justifying your ability to support yourself and any dependents while becoming established and finding employment in the ACT. The statement must include evidence of research into the cost of living in Canberra, with an estimated budget e.g. rental accommodation, transport, electricity, gas and food.
− Australia student visa holders may also include a letter of support (and financial evidence) and from their family members.
• Employment verification letter if currently employed/job offer in Canberra.
• Completed and signed form 956 Appointment of a migration agent (if applicable).
• Service fee of A$275, payable on lodgement of sponsorship application.

说错了，这个应该不是担保金吧，好像是说帐户要有多少钱，以保证过去能够生活。

我也在考虑...其它的觉得都好说,雅思也合要求了.就是就业分析还没头绪...在找工网站上找了一下,发现工作机会是有的,但是很多都注明至少要PR的. 不知道是不是只写份就业分析就可以了,还是要求有申请过那边工作的证明? 有人写过这东西吗?能否说下.
怎样才能写一篇煽动性比较强的文章呢~~

看了一些ACT的官方网站介绍, 没仔细研究, 似乎还要写一篇文章, 详细描述为什么选择去ACT的, 觉得这个比较难.

我觉得不光是从找工作的角度来讲。因为如果这样说，很显然，堪培拉比悉尼等大城市没有什么优势。我觉得要写出你个人为什么选择生活在这里。堪培拉有很多大城市没有的优点，比如交通，房价，教育水平，环境等。这个城市的居住密度比澳洲平均水平低，休闲娱乐的消费投资普遍高于其它城市，堪培拉人有着比其它城市高的平均工资水平和生活水平。。。。。如果你追求这些东西，来这里生活的理由就会更加充分。

昨天正好看了相关的网站，附件是最新的guide。。。里面所有信息都有。。。不过感觉ACT的担保相对其他州比较难。

阅读了176_Visa_Sponsorship_Guidelines_March_09.pdf ，发现第九页上有一段：“The ACT Government will also need to be satisfied that you have personally researched the lifestyle and employment opportunities in Canberra and have a genuine commitment to live and work in Canberra for at least two years from first arrival. ” 不知大家对这个“first arrival”是如何理解的，有知道的TX可否指点一下？

是只要写一篇吗？Guideline上只提到了commitment statement，但是有TX注意到递交申请后的checklist上除了要写statement，还要写一个an explanation about why you are applying for ACT sponsorship? 交了申请的TX都是咋写的呀？迷惑中。。。。。。。。。。

我的理解是只要写一篇. 还有一张纸是它给你的只要你签名同意就行了啊.

ACT居然趁我去生孩子把州担保停了.不知道新的职业列表还有没有我的职业...我咋这么倒霉呢?555...
