标题: 移民局同一封信里面的搞笑矛盾回答
为了求证2231-79是否为CSL，我写信去问移民局，得到下列哭笑不得的回答。原话
“Your application i is not yet allocated to a case officer and I have checked and the occupation listed in the application is -is not on the Critical Skills list,”
我真的服了他们了。
is -is not on the Critical Skills list
到底是is 还是 is not!!!!
能相信这帮饭桶吗？

The MODL listed specialization is described as follows Computing Professional - specialising in Network Security/Firewall/Internet Security * 2231-79
The description in the ACS letter is (Network Security Specialist) This is not an exact match for the MODL description. I am not able to confirm for you if this will place you in the Critical Skills List stream for assessment. I will refer the application to the region that determines these issues and they will reply to you.

他竟然不知道Network Security Specialist是否应该属于MODL，更不用说CSL了。不过好在这人还算厚道，把我的问题转给有关部门了，没有直接给个模棱两可的答案。接着等信儿吧。看来enquiry的答复不用太在意，通常他们业务都不熟，只能按照模板回答问题。

上次我查询的时候，他们说我不是在csl上。我重新发了一封。
看看我早上收到的回复：
“Notes on file show that an officer has contacted you since lodging this
message which has responded to your enquiry.”

我根本就没有收到过他们的回复，真是搞笑。服了他们

不是所有的2231-79都是MODL（除非指定的几个专业领域，如C/C++/C#/Java等），只有ACS的MODL才在CSL上。所以他们这么回答你，严格来说是对的。

嗯，负责回答的人是不够专业，不过移民局并不负责制定MODL，是他们的教育与劳工部来制定MODL的，你只需要查询最新的MODL网页即可知道你的职业是在MODL上：

有理有怀疑最近移民局为了处理大批移民申请，聘请了一批新人负责解答问题，所以有些回答很不专业。
