标题: Beijing air clean enough

With the Games less than a month away, the city's environmental protection bureau says it will be able to guarantee clean air.

Authorities have reduced pollution by restricting traffic in the city and by relocating factories.

But Beijing remains shrouded in smog, now depending on rain and wind to disperse the pollution it's getting from neighbouring areas.
