- Responsible and accountable for solving customer service issues in relation to the TNS IP Network.
- Working closely with both the TNS Financial Services Division Sales Support team and financial institutions directly.
- Develop a comfortable understanding of the network in order to respond to customer questions and troubles with confidence.
2. EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Previous experience in IP networking Experience working with Cisco specific technologies
- Bi-lingual English/ Chinese(Mandarin)
- Flexible, self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Desirable:
- Telecommunications experience and troubleshooting skills Cisco IOS and hardware understanding Routing protocol knowledge (BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, RIP)
- Detail oriented and well organized
- ISDN knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with monitoring tools such as HP Openview and Netcool
- Remedy database experience
- Basic understanding of various LAN/WAN customer requirements
- Solid professional habits: time management, priority management, etc.
- Basic understanding of multicast
- Basic understanding of Network Address Translation and IPSec encryption
