方法：
1. 填写Request for amendment of income tax return for individuals --表格在附件中附上
2. 写信给ATO
信中要求包括以下内容：
1.你的名字，地址，电话，TFN
2. 你希望修改TAX RETURN的年份
3. 你希望作出修改的TAX RETURN的项目编号以及希望做怎样的调整；比如: 1.你去年忘记申报CPAA的会费，你应该写:
question D5-other work related expenses---$330;
4. 解释为什么希望修改你的tax return
5.最后在新的末尾附上: ‘I declare that all the information I have given in this letter, including any attachments, is true and correct’
6. 日期
