标题: 请教,我已寄走退税表,但忘了写银行利息,怎办 [打印本页]

标题: 请教,我已寄走退税表,但忘了写银行利息,怎办
在网上看到有人说要把银行利息退税时,也写上,我第一次报税不知道,所以没有写,而且表格已寄走近一月,有什么办法补救吗?
是重新填一份,还是如何?请有经验的人指点一下.

可以跟税局联系、告知，税局会给你建议（最好记下去电时间、接电话工作人员姓名以备查）；如果是请会计师代理申报，只要与会计师联系即可。

多谢诸位热心人,再问一下,夫妻共同帐户的利息,应该报在谁的名下??,我老公有收入,我没有.

按比例分割，然后记住这个修改税务只能在报税后的2年内修改

请问LZ, 就是说如果今年我忘记报了,明年补上,也不会被罚吗??

depends,
if the amanded tax result is that u owe tax to ato, they will charge u interest definitly, and pose a penalty depends the reason why u lodge a wrong tax return. if the reason is geniue, u will be fine, my firends

if the result is that ato owe u tax, they will pay back u the amount they owe u and the interest as well, not a big deal,

非常感谢,我刚才查了,发现2006 FINACIAL 年,我的银行利息少报$173,税是$80. 我老公少报$221,税是$98,但是当时因为我们收入少,其他税都退了,我们不知道利息要报税,会被罚吗?

还有今年我一起报上去年和今年的利息税,可以吗?
