请问spouse details的部分的这2句是什么意思?

1.spouse's share of trust income on which the trustee is assessed under section 98 which has not been included in your spouse's taxable income

2.distributions to your spouse on which family trust distribution tax has been paid which your spouse would have had to show as assessable income if that had not been paid

另外:taxable income和separate net income有什么区别?
