Give an example of how you manage internal expectations (expectations of your boss) vs. external expectations (expectations of your clients)..

偶应聘的职务是client service的,自然都是这种问题

IN A WAY EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL EXPECTATIONS ARE SIMILAR.

SIMILARITIES:

1. professionalism
2. well presented
3. quality of service
4, level of customre satisfaction

difference (internal)

1. you boss probablay expect you to be cost efficent.
2. improve bottom line
3. promote corp brand or image
4. custome relations

your client probably expect
1. cheapest price with the best quality of service (usually is the case)
2. time efficient
3. instantaneous response 俗称随传随到

4楼说得不错，要点应该是满足客户需求得同时必须帮老板省钱，不能增加无谓得开支；对客户得额外要求，如果不需要增加多少成本就能满足得要求可以满足，否则找理由婉拒，如说技术上面不可行，呵呵
