The department acknowledges the receipt of applications but not the receipt of subsequent correspondence. Documents which are scanned and emailed to us are acknowledged by auto response. No further manual confirmation will be provided for these documents.
Your case officer will contact you if they require any additional information.
Please Note - providing scanned copies of documents can reduce postal and administrative delays in receiving and processing information.
You should be aware that a case-officer may request original documents during the processing of an application if there is a need for these documents. Please ensure any correspondence sent to DIAC includes a cover sheet stating your full name, date of birth, passport number, and either your file reference number (for paper based applications) or Transaction Record Number (for online applications). 我估计他的意思是说: 移民局只会在收到到初始申请时给回复给申请人. 对于后续的补充材料, 他们不会有通知. 对于扫描材料和Email补料, 申请人会收到相应的自动回复...
我第一次查清华认证是否收到就是这个回复，我第二次查的时候回复就变了，告诉我“I can confirm that your bachelor degree documents have been received and
attached to your file for the attention of your case officer once
