Normally,no. If you read through the tax deduction information knit, you will find that you must have the relevent job ,either because the study will give you further qualification or will improve your income propective, then you will be eligible for the deduction. 另外, 比如我是搞IT的, 想了解一个行业(比如banking), 有了行业知识就更容易找到高层次工作因而" improve your income propective".
