‘2. Learner driver licence
Age: At least 15 yrs 9 mths
To get a learner licence you must successfully complete a Road Ready program in Year 10 at school or through a Road Ready Centre. You must then pass a computer based Road Rules Knowledge Test.’

是不是不能直接考试，必须去参加那个课程？

还在 http://www.getroadready.com.au/Knowledge-Tests.aspx 看到

‘Where do I book to do a knowledge test? You do not need to book, simply go to one of our Roadready Centres and undertake the test, Monday to Friday 9am-4pm and Saturdays 9am-11am’

不需要参加课程，自己准备好了就可以预约参加L牌考试。

貌似指的是 ‘ complete a Road Ready program’ 的地点，是 school 'or through a road ready centre'?
