as far as I know the standard resident approval docs do not include the bank statements

这是官网的标准要求：
Evidence of living in a specified regional area(s) of Australia：
Evidence that you have lived in a specified regional area for at least two years. This could include:
title deeds to your residential property
school reports
leases
utilities bills, such as telephone, gas, electricity that show your residential address.
或者交通罚单
