标题: Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (ARPA) 的最新消息
Australian Prudential Regulation Authority oversees banks , credit unions and building societies. 说穿了，这个机构是掌管所有银行和借贷公司的。目前， ARPA对借钱买投资房有新的政策，不允许超出10% 的增长。这并不表示借钱买投资房的难度增加。但跟哪个银行借，就显得更重要了。
最近有意向买投资房的朋友，最好找个靠谱的broker或bank manager 事先好好沟通一下。
这个政策应该到明年4月，都不太会有变动。
如有新的改动，我会及时更新。
