标题: 计划长登猫本，诚心求教孩子上学的问题~~

      刚刚准签，计划春节后两大一小长登猫本。

      在论坛里潜水学习，看到维州读小学是以4月30日为界对吗？我女儿今年9月1日会在国内先读一学期一年级（国内读书都是以9月1日出生为界的，因此女儿5月初的满6岁刚好可以读一年级）。那这样我们明年春节过完登陆的话还能直接就读Year 1吗？会不会受到年龄分界线的影响？

      刚刚下签，有很多需要学习和准备的细节。转来同城版，还望大家多多支持指导，谢谢！

维州的学校，1月底是新的学年开始，你女儿满六岁的话，可以过来直接上一年级。

To start primary school your child will need to turn five years of age by 30 April of the year that they start school.

Your child must be at school in the year that they turn six years of age - this is the compulsory school starting age

You can enrol your child in a Victorian government primary school at any time during the year. This is particularly helpful if you are moving to a new area, interstate or from overseas once you have a residential address in Victoria. Enrolment is made directly with the school.
