标题: 布村富人区

布村富人区都有哪些？最好周边都是双层带游泳池的那种有好的学校。发现布村好的区都在布里斯班河跟city附近，有没有远离洪水区的？现住在阿村东部这里都是单层的百年老房子贵又没有那种豪宅的感觉感觉同等价位布村的房子性价比高多了

均价没有但贵的区差不多我就想了解一下不靠近布里斯阿班河和洪水区有那些好的区？

Posh suburbs are Brookfield and Pullenvale (both mostly acreage), Ascot, Clayfield, Albion Heights, Hamilton, most places near the river, Bridgeman Downs and pretty well anywhere in the western suburbs that are north of the river e.g. St Lucia, Chapel Hill, Kenmore, Chapel Hill, parts of Indooroopilly and Fig Tree Pocket, parts of Toowong, Bardon, Ashgrove and more.

真正的富人区是hamiltion，特别是在山上的那个豪宅，代表之作。
其他的都是环绕河边了。

有个区叫Hendra，很多像庄园一样的，很多房子上还有族徽

Streetton是新土豪去。真的富区是Hamilton.

最贵的街道时St Lucia的Hiron Street，平均房价是$3.9M.
