Dear Jade,
Thanks for your information, is this a new policy from MAY of 2013, or it has been existing before this month or this year?
And I am confused if I have 7 years working experience assessed with a Bachelor, then how many years are claimable to DIAC? 7 or 5? and if parts of my experience were happened before I was granted a Bachelor, that parts of the experiences are also claimable or not?
We are unable to offer any pre-assessment advice. Only at the time of formal assessment by a qualified assessor will your experience be assessed against the Summary of Criteria and an assessment be made in regards to your skillled employment.
The date you meet the ACS requirements will be the date in which you will be deemed to have reached the appropriate skilled level for your nominated occupation.
Regards,

Dear Jade,
I was noted that ACS issued a new version guideline, some working experience may be deducted according to qualifications, and applicants results from MAY were already impacted. So, I want to confirm with you my review application will be applied this new policy or not as the first result letter was issued in APR.(before this change)
