for non Australia tax residents
due to the tax obligations and implications for the client to the ATO, we
are unable to extend financing to Australia tax residents.
You may wish to speak to a tax advisor who will be in a better position to
advise you on the required tax obligations.
As such, financing may only be obtained within banks in Australia if
clients are Australia tax residents.
Once the loan has been refinanced back to Australia, the loan repayment
