You should contact the hospital ( the new one) asap,
But they could reject you because they are already fully booked.
Then maybe you could be put on a waiting list, you may be enrolled or maybe not finally.
From my point of view,GP can do nothing at this moment because you are already registered in a hospital.
Now you need to make a transfer from one hospital to another.
