好像没二楼说的那么严重吧？

这个问题早就充分讨论过了。大家的结论是，呆在担保州2年只是moral obligation，是你的commitment而已，没有法律上的义务。而且协议里面确实没说一定是头两年呆在担保州。

话说LZ为啥要去稀泥呢？我的工作机会大多在稀泥，但是猫本也还是找到了一个。

法律上没有明确禁止受担保者到担保地区以外寻找工作，但是受担保者应该做到和州政府充分沟通，达成理解。

"不允许"用词太重了吧？有侵犯迁徙自由的嫌疑了吧？DIAC的网站上的措辞明显不一样

1. You and any secondary applicants must comply with all Australian laws as permanent residents.
2. If you are nominated by a State or Territory government, you need to agree to:
remain in the State or Territory for a period of at least two years
keep the State or Territory government informed of changes in address details before and after arrival
be prepared to complete surveys and provide information as required.

在一个英文论坛上看到一个三哥也是这么想的～实际上没有明确的约束。而且州政府连查证也不是很严格的。 http://www.perthpoms.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-4791.html

POMs上看到一个口水战帖子就不贴了。不过至少说明哪怕是英国的鬼佬也不全（其实只有一个）认为这个是硬性约束。连那个火药味十足的“道德家”也没提法律。

其实LZ如果有公司的offer，重新签一个签证也没啥困难吧？不会是公司在人到之前不愿给offer?

哎，我近期交辞职，说我要去澳洲了（其实是换工作）
老板说，要去哪里？如果是墨尔本，那里的公司会考虑给我个职位做当地的业务，不过职位上降级的；毕竟中国的manager和澳洲的manager相去甚远

我是可怜的SA475啊，我能不能去墨尔本的阿
我觉得澳洲公司肯定是较真的，写明了签证只能在偏远地区工作生活，他们看了签证就没办法offer我的咯

不过算是有了一线希望，能以后混不下去了，SA2年过去了，pr拿到了，我再去申请看看吧，希望澳州的大老们还记得我

你能不能让公司直接发一个雇主担保签证啊

公司不肯的，因为不是在当地找不到人
雇用海外人员公司要准备很多材料证明，也不简单的，他们没有必要费那个事情
没了谁公司照转，况且我是中国经验，对于澳洲没有什么帮助，只是熟悉系统/产品/业务罢了

而且我已经找好下家了，

只是拿移民作幌子，不用过多解释什么

我是说有了offer可以自己去签新的签证啊。因为有offer会有加分，很可能就不要州担保了。另外据说已经有OZ的PR签证，重新签一个很快的。

另外，VIC不一定会像你想的那么好。现在经济不好，工作也不好找。另外这边的天气貌似不如稀泥。。。

176上没有visa condition要求你在提名的州内住。

请问lz给VIC写信的时候是解释了目前找到工作的情况呢？还是要把公司的Offer也附在信里给CO啊？
我家有同样的问题，

很担心CO不肯答应，毕竟咱们是托了州政府的福才准的。不知道怎么才能像lz一样说服CO呢？

那是否就可以先去其他州呆几年，等经济压力解决了，有本土背景了，然后再去提供担保的州呆两年。
凭我个人对DIAC上对176的说明我觉的是符合要求的，因为那上面确实没提要登陆以后最开始的两年。

不是diac的那个统一的
diac上面没有说要在每个州停留多久之类的

最近也折腾一把这要求，实在是公司内部的transfer机会难得。结果，WA的回信是这样滴

：

It is not acceptable to go to another state once you have been sponsored by the Western Australian Government.

You should make arrangements to relocate to Western Australia as you have signed an agreement to live and work in Western Australia for 2 YEARS as you have promised.

Otherwise, we will cooperate with DIAC for further operations.

补充查了一下WA的agreement，里面确实有明确的要求：
Please note Western Australian state sponsorship is not transferable to any other State or Territory in Australia.
Applicants using Western Australian state sponsorship are required to live in Western Australia for at least the
first 2 years after visa grant.

那就没戏了。刚好最近纠结这个问题。一边是悉尼公司一堆的职位AVAILABLE，可以申请内部TRANSFER，一边是WA 去做LABOR
