电炉改煤气，要不要连电热水器一起换？
如题，征求大家的意见。买的房子没有煤气，实在受不了那电炉了，上个月的电费140多刀，而且每天做菜受尽“折磨”！
最近找了几个人来quote,让他们连接Alinta的煤气，也在想着是不是把那electrical water heater 也一起换掉，但是以前租房的煤气热水器给我留下不是很好的印象，水不够热冬天的时候还得烧壶开水参着给孩子们洗澡（不过很可能是那个热水器老化了）。 先给提意见的童鞋道谢了。 我们觉得对你没意见，就不提意见了;P

Many thanks for your suggestion. I've got a few questions here:
1). How can i buy from mainland? Do they ship to Aus? Is there any recomendation of any brands from you?
2). Does it require a licenced electrian to install it? Please do not think about to purchase any model from mainland China as it is not Australian standard.
Local electricians will not install it for you if it is not Australian standard. If they did it for you, they may lose their licenses. Insurance company will sue you/them if there is a problem causing a fire.
However if you would like to take a risk, you may try it and take full responsibility for it.

1，在澳洲绝对有的卖。我在悉尼见过，日本品牌，好像林内之类的吧。perth就没注意过。
2，涉及GAS应该要证吧？我猜的。
我是打算自己有房子后，至少考虑在主卧的浴室装一个这种即热式的。。。鬼佬常用的那种储水式，人多洗澡的时候会有没热水的风险。
