同意楼上，yokine dog swamp shopping center附近，及flinder street以东不错，安静，漂亮，方便，小学好。

我7月登陆以来一直住在yokine，感觉这个区交通方便，治安不错。LZ说的黑人我大概有些了解，他们多是来自yokine北面的nollamara，做公交去city要经过yokine，所以会给LZ黑人很多的感觉，我住了2个月，很少看见黑人从yokine上公交。

公共交通，其实长bus总不如坐train,火车站附近的区 bus很频繁很方便到火车站的，而且时间上基本上都很吻合。再说迟早都是要开车的，选有火车站，进出freeway不远的区比较好，上北下南出行都很方便。

问一下，在资金有限的前提下，为了住在好一点/离city近点的suburn而买 villa，跟为了有100%自主权而买 house，即使远一点也无妨，大家会比较倾向哪个选择呢？

在flinders st附近住了很久啊，感觉还凑活，但是北面总体上空间比南面紧凑，可能是比较新的原因。。。
