Fish Fish
Hello possums!Nigel, my husband,said” Hey the Fish fry is on Sunday! You gotta go to that.” So we arranged to meet some friends of ours Neil and his wife Louise. Neil is a professional photographer and was keen to get some Photos. I am thinking take photos of some are frying fish?
Well turns out that they are not frying fish, but turns out it is a type of surfboard. I should‘ve known, both Nigel and Neil are crazy surfers. Although some long boards were there fish type. Surfboards are 2 or 4 fins very wide and short and very fast. We had people from America and Japan there.The down side was with the GFC it kept a few people away, But if you look at the pix here you can see the guys and gals are very talented. It just not the designs that keep us interested but the art work as well. Neil and Nigel still going on about it. Meeting Rich Pavel from San Dieagowas the highlight of the day. Bad news, Another surfboard in the garage? Nigel says having a Pavel is like having a Monet or Picasso paintings for a fraction of the price .
