好吃得很。最初是吃披萨时品尝到的。后来想重温的时候，在国内吃到的所谓放意大利香肠的披萨上放的都是火腿肠，郁闷。
后来发现四川麻辣香肠也有一点因发酵而带来的微酸味道，算是一解馋虫。
