BB国籍身份问题请教
请教一个BB身份的问题我和老公现在都是PR, 计划明年入澳洲国籍.
如果BB今年在澳洲出生,但我帮她申请了中国护照,以后想申请澳籍怎么办?难不难?
有类似经历的JM可以介绍一下吗? 最好给了详细的官方文件.

谢谢提醒:) According to Australian law, if your child was born in Australia, if any of you and your spouse has a australian PR, your child will be an australian citizen naturally.

BABY 不是入籍，是natural-born citizen. not naturalization （归化）.

Unless resolved by denaturalization or renunciation of citizenship, naturalization can lead to multiple citizenship.
The origin of the term "naturalization" is that it gives to a resident alien almost all of the rights held by a natural-born citizen.

Birth certificate is not issued by hosptial. Hosptial will only give the doctor's certificate which indicated that the mum has got a baby (baby's gender, birth date/time, weight nad length etc). since you are nature oz citizen, can the bb claim his oz citizenship later after he get his chinese passport?
