CIMC GS LOGISTICS Looking the right person
Looking the right person to joint with CIMC GS Logistics PTY Ltd, Locate in Alexandria NSW Australia.We are looking for the position:
1. Customer Service (imports) - Prompt turnaround of client queries; To build and grow relationship with clients and team; Advise management potential areas for revenue generation or improvement; To identify and implement solutions in conjunction with management, aimed at continuous improvements within the team, including best practice sharing; Ensure Pre-alert, Arrival Notice, Tax invoice and outturn report to send to correct parties on time; Ensure Customs declaration to be lodged on timely basis Follow up of AQIS, COO, COA requirements if necessary Ensure cartage send to transport on time with EDO; Follow up delivery and empty collection
2. Customer Service (Exports)- need this person who understand and is capable to run export on dairy products, grains, meats, frozen seafood. He or she needs to understand the procedure of requesting export permit, arranging quarantine inspection, dealing and co-ordinating export documents issuing such as Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and health certificate. Ideally to have this person understand and capable to handle all these. If not, can be a spot on person who understands and is capable to handle export shipments on general cargo, we then can internally train and guide thru how to run export on perishable cargoes.
3. Marketing/BD/In-House Sales – this role is designed to develop agency network and agents’ business, looking after company’s social media’s accounts such as LinkedIn and Facebook, re-develop business from our database.
