本地媒体报道，15家餐馆卫生情况糟糕被罚30万，德兴在第一个。

The owner of Good Fortune Roast Duck House was caught prepping the condiment in plastic buckets on the grimy floor of an industrial warehouse in Bayswater.

“The floor was dirty and his ute was parked next to where he was making the sauce,” an inspection report from November 22, 2017 reveals.

“The warehouse was dusty, the floor was dirty and there were rodent droppings and spider webs.

“There was no hand basin, no sink and no satisfactory food surface. On the bench, cooking utensils were intermingled with tradesman tools and chemicals.”

Once the sauce was mixed, the owner piled it into the back of his ute for delivery to the two Good Fortune locations in Northbridge and East Victoria Park.

He was fined $50,000 for conducting a food business at an unregistered premises and failing to comply with hygiene and safety standards. Attempts to contact the restaurant were unsuccessful.

周边的竞争对手一定很开心，这些年德兴低价的快餐策略让周边小店几乎难以生存。

其实这事发生在两年前，当时没有这么轰动，没多少人在意，所以两年来他们的生意依然红火。最近各种媒体重新曝光了细节以后，估计他们的日子不太好过了。
