官方的checklist提到：
De facto relationships
If you are in a de facto relationship, provide proof that you have been in a genuine and continuing relationship for at least 12 months before the date you lodge your application such as:
joint bank account statements
billing accounts in joint names
joint leases or mortgages.

以上这些是必须的么？

当然不是必须的，这段说的是如果你有未婚同居的性伙伴的话你需提交的材料，估计你没有带个未婚同居的女友或男友来澳移民的计划吧？

楼主标题里面不是说已做结婚公证吗？De facto是同居关系12个月以上、没领结婚证的。
