因为还没有啥经验可分享:lol
只是马上要去经验了
所以想把这些将要有的经验一点点记下来
省的以后因为事情已经过去了就懒的搞了
上半年刚刚来悉尼时就想买车
只是后来发现并不太需要
加上中间回国几个月去处理个人事务
所以拖到现在
今天是这次回悉尼的第三天
开始也想过买政府车
不过
频率太慢太慢
而且那里面也没我想要的
我这个人特别土
对Sedan超级不感兴趣
所以眼光基本都停留在hatch和suv上
但是预算又有限
所以可挑选的空间比较小
中间突然发现wagon好像是个可以有丰富想象力的区域
不过
貌似wagon都有点点装X
所以
加上之前就一直喜欢三菱的ASX和马三的两厢版
所以
很快也就把目标锁定在这两个上面
最后
还是ASX以颜值和身高取胜
不过ASX真是贵啊
搜了半天才在纽卡瑟尔找到一个价钱和公里数都还算不错的个人卖家
于是很快联系卖家
约了明天去看车
真是遥远啊
150KM啊
没有车啊
公交车要坐4.5个小时啊
于是
心一横
租车
于是在Hertz租车
好多刀啊
于是着手研究过户流程
于是整理了下面这个简单的文档

Buying a vehicle
When you’re considering buying a vehicle, there are a number of checks you should make to help with your decision:
1. Use Roads and Maritime Service’s Check registration and history online service, or the NSW Rego app, to find out basic details about the vehicle for free, or to buy a comprehensive information report
2. Search the online Personal Property Securities Register to see if there’s any money owing on the vehicle, or if it’s been reported stolen
3. Download the official My next car app from NSW Fair Trading.
If the vehicle you’re looking at has no number plates, it may be subject to a sanction under the Vehicle Sanctions Scheme. See Street racing and other ‘hoon’ offences for information.
Search by the prescribed order for motor vehicle serial numbers
When searching the PPSR by a motor vehicle serial number, make sure you enter the correct serial number. For example, if a motor vehicle has both a vehicle identification number (VIN) and a chassis number, you should search using the VIN. The PPSR provides guidance to help you enter the correct serial number.
Transferring the registration into your name
Once you’ve bought the vehicle, you’ll need to transfer it into your name within 14 days of it coming into your possession or management.
Transfer registration online. To transfer registration online: http://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/transfer-your-vehicle-registration
1. The previous registered operator of the vehicle (the seller) must have lodged a Notice of Disposal
2. You need an online account. If you’re not already recorded on Roads and Maritime systems, you’ll need to attend a registry or service centre in person
3. You must pay the transfer fee by credit card.
Transfer registration in person, you’ll need to provide:
1. A completed Application for Transfer form
2. Proof of your identity. If you’re registering the vehicle in the name of an organisation, you need to complete the Representative’s Authority section on the Application for Registration form
3. If you send someone else to transfer the registration to your name, you’ll need to complete the Representative’s Authority section on the Application for Registration. Your representative must also provide their own proof of identity
Important: If you’re not already recorded in Roads and Maritime systems, you cannot send a representative – you must attend in person
4. Proof of your residential address in NSW, if you’re not already recorded in Roads and Maritime systems (not required if registering in an organisation’s name)
5. Proof of your entitlement to register the vehicle
5.1 To apply for a NSW registration or to transfer an existing registration into your name, you’ll need to prove how the vehicle came into your possession or management. The documents you need to do this are called proof of registration entitlement.
5.2 You must provide ONE of the following documents. There must be no alterations to the document.
Don’t forget to update your E-Tag details!
If you have an E-Tag, make sure you contact your tag provider to update your number plate and vehicle details.
Payment for:
Transfer fee
1. Transfer fee within 14 days of acquiring the vehicle: $32
2. Transfer fee after 14 days of acquiring the vehicle: $144
3. Stamp duty (unless you’re exempt)
4. Stamp duty is based on the market value of the vehicle or the price you paid, whichever is greater. Stamp duty is calculated at $3 per $100, or part, of the vehicle's value.
5. Motor vehicle tax, if you bought the vehicle from someone who received a concession on vehicle tax (for example a pensioner), and you’re not entitled to that concession. 本帖最后由 arkuka 于 27-11-2015 22:56 编辑
