IT Service Delivery Officer (Fixed Term 12 months)Do you have experience in an IT Service Desk and / or Customer Service environment?
Coliban Water is seeking an IT Service Delivery Officer to join the Information and Systems team. The IT Service Delivery Officer is responsible for providing technical support and advice to Coliban Water staff and contractors using the Coliban Water IT Systems.
As a member of the Information and Systems team you will also be involved in the implementation of our IT Strategy; execution of IT projects; effective and efficient day-to-day IT operations; and design and maintenance of systems to improve business processes.

You will also have excellent team work skills with a proven record of contributing to a positive supportive work environment. Your work practices contribute to high performing teams which achieve objectives and demonstrate continuous improvement in quality and service delivery.
A high level of technical and analytical skills is required as well as:
•Demonstrated 2-3 years’ experience in an IT Service Desk and/or Customer Service environment
•Experience in Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment
•Demonstrated experience in the administration of a Microsoft LAN/WAN
•Experience with Routers, Firewalls and RAID Arrays, Telecommunication Technologies and Microsoft application such as Windows Server, Exchange and SQL Server
•Highly developed skills in fault identification and rectification
•A tertiary qualification in information technology, computer science or similar, is desirable
This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term position with the option of an additional 12 month term.
The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2011 Band 3 $55 – 65K depending on your skills and experience.
