有个关于驾照分数的小问题想请教下
大家好，我有个跟驾照分数有关的问题想问一下，有一个朋友跟我说用ABN名下买的工具车如果不小心超速了或者发生别的会导至扣分的事，是不是不会扣分数只会扣钱。不知道有没有人知道相关的信息，还麻烦解说一下，谢谢了 按公司罚款你会哭的:lol 会罚很多吗，关键是会不会扣分 公司名下的车罚款一般都是1000-2000刀的。。。改成司机个人的就会降到正常的价格 是罚挺多的，那是不是分就不扣了？ 本帖最后由 西澳瓶鼻海豚 于 3-4-2015 22:22 编辑Infringements and Notices Requesting Information

就我看来，business owned vehicle（公司车），公司必须提供驾驶人资料（notice requesting information），扣分一样会记入该驾驶人纪录之内。
不缴资料 double 罚款
这是我字面上的理解和解读，请联络警局做进一步确认。
你的前提是如果-------------- 那请小心驾驶，如果不是恶意超速，那麽一次违规扣分还不至於吊销驾照，三年有12分可以扣。

Corporate owners ofmotor vehicles
Infringement notices issued to companies for speed camera offences and red light camera offences impose a fine of about $2,950. If the company nominates a human being as the person responsible for the vehicle at the time of the offence a new infringement notice will be issued in the name of the nominated person, and the amount of the financial penalty will revert to the usual lower amount for that offence.If a company fails to nominate a responsible person more than 3 times within a 12 month period the corporate fine increases to about $17,000.
所以公司一定会找你负责的啦！当然分照扣！
公司名下罚款，因为找不到具体驾驶者，所以会给一个天价罚单，因为没具体驾驶员，所以没法扣点。如果公司提供具体驾驶员信息，罚单就和普通一样，也要扣点。 谢谢大伙的热心解答，:)
