请问墨尔本 point cook 3030 这个地方怎么样?想在这里买房投资
大家好，本人是居住在新加坡的中国人， 不过现以加入新加坡国籍，想向大家请教墨尔本 point cook 3030这个地方怎么样? 看了下google地图，应该离墨尔本市区比较远。想去那边买房投资，不知道有没有潜力？租金回报率怎么样？澳大利亚政府（或维多利亚地方政府）对这个地方（ point cook 3030）有没有什么规划？中介给的资料介绍都是挺不错的，想问问澳洲的朋友是怎么看这个地方的。
