打完疫苗后的证明去哪里领？
孩子刚打完4岁的疫苗针，GP那里只给了我“Four Year Health Cheak",说“Immunisation history statement"稍后会寄到家里。childcare里的工作人员告诉我是在GP那里直接开的，以前的蓝本子不用了，是这样吗？如果没寄到的话我该去哪里领“Immunisation history statement" centerlink 会寄给你的 还有就是如果你注册了centerlink的账号。。这些都是可以在网上查的。。没必要太担心 可我不是pr也不是公民，也可以注册centerlink账号的吗？网上注册还是直接去centerlink注册呢？

不是澳洲公民好像不能有centrelink的服务吧. 一切都需要自费
Medicare应该会寄信到你的住址吧..
没孩子..纯猜测!:yct_10 打针是走medicare的话..

This facility has been provided to help parents keep track of their child's vaccinations and to ensure their child is fully immunised. Parents may request a statement of their child's immunisation history as recorded on the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (Immunisation Register) by completing the fields below. 应该可以。。。因为你可以在你centerlink online account 里下载那个证明
