Implementation of the new visa frameworks
We are currently seeking input from stakeholders on the attributes needed in a future skilled migration and temporary activity visa framework.The outcome of this initial consultation phase will further define the scope of the review and subsequent analysis and development.It is likely that a new visa framework will be implemented during 2016. Further information on an implementation date will be made available on our website.

技術移民將不會直接得到 PR, 而是先得到 TR, 然後有工作後才轉成 PR, 個人感覺很像 New Zealand 的 Job Search Visa
Skilled Work Category
The skilled work category could cater for prospective skilled migrants seeking to fill medium to long term labour shortages where an Australian business has been unable to fill vacancies from local labour. This category could be divided into two migration pathways: a temporary/provisional pathway, and a permanent migration pathway.
The temporary/provisional pathway could allow work in Australia for up to four years, and only encompass those prospective migrants where remuneration would be received for their services.
The permanent migration pathway could be available to prospective migrants who have held a temporary/provisional migration visa for a specified period of time or alternatively possess the skills and experience for a high-in-demand skilled occupation recognised on an occupation list.

我相信是 2016 - 2017
我有印象是以后会针对不同的职业，会有不同的英语加分，比如（程序员会要求overall 7 而一些偏重沟通的职业要求会高一点），但是英语的加分是由每个职业评估机构独立审核已保证招邀请的海外技工的质量，而不是由现在移民局规定的统一英语加分 trupang 发表于 9-11-2014 03:37

對呀, 英語要求也有改變, 但我覺得最可怕的改變都不是英語要求, 而是不過一步到位拿到 PR 趋势就是，技术移民越来越难了，
