配偶类移民的担保人在澳洲外,还能担保吗?
事情是这样的,担保人最近两年一直在中国工作,然后,在中国结了婚生有小孩,现在澳洲签证快到期了,担保人准备回澳洲,那这时可以申请担保配偶申请309签证吗?移民局网站上关于担保人资格有这么一句
"Australian permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens are expected to be living in Australia."

我觉得你可能误解了要求。作为永久居民，你有权利不住在澳洲，只要你在绿卡过期之前登陆就好。当然你也可以担保自己家人过来。我是根据常识和几年前的经历这么理解。没记得有什么澳洲收入证明一说。
你确信你看的是夫妻团聚移民，而不是什么其他担保移民？ 夫妻团聚签证，重要的是夫妻关系的真实性，其他的要求我觉得不太靠谱啊。
On Immigration website,
To be a sponsor you must:
be an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen
be married, be in a de facto relationship with your partner, or intend to marry before the visa is decided
be older than 18 years of age.

还这么麻烦啊，都是澳洲公民了，难道不让回澳洲，既然让回，自然也不会阻碍夫妻团聚啊。
应该没这么麻烦 ...
公民好像不要求,是PR才要求living in Australia
