elodge：出差去外国算 Previous countries of residence 吗？

elodge的时候，这个问题不知道该怎么填了：

Previous countries of residence
Have any of the applicants lived in a country other than the primary applicant's usual country of residence?

出国出差2个月，或者出国旅游几个星期的，算是吗？

问题里也没个时间规则，过了elodge的同学都是怎么理解的？

当然算，国内的忽略一些短期的就算了，有出入境记录的最好都填上
