官网的FAQ里提到了
I cannot select my nominated occupation. Can I still apply?
No, if the Occupation suspended screen appears or your nominated occupation is greyed out, you cannot apply at this time.
当你在线填表的时候发现你的职业已经灰了或者无法选择的时候，说明你的职业已经满了。
NSW官网同时也说了
NSW runs the Skilled Nominated program in order to attract highly skilled people in a range of occupations to contribute to NSW future skills needs. As the program is rolled out over 2014-15, NSW will closely monitor the program and will adjust eligibility criteria, including occupational eligibility, as required.

应该不是，NSW没有那么智能。而且他们也不知道某些职业会有多少人申请。应该是后面几次根据前面申请的情况做细节的变更。例如，有可能23XX的，第一次就满了，导致后面三次都暂停申请。 eggface 发表于 12-7-2014 19:34 static/image/common/back.gif

谢谢你的补充 有没有可能即排上名额也满足硬条件，但还是收了钱不给粥蛋堡？就像3月的FSC 和另外一个489.
