190 EOI application Visa 表格填写的4个问题

大家好,

我在填写190 EOI application Visa form,有以下4个问题, 望指教:


1.   Does this applicant have national identity documents?

这个就是填写身份证的信息吧?


2.   Chinese commercial code .   Enter name in ChineseCommercial Code number (if   used)

这个要填写吗?   

我试着填写了我名字对应的代码45675687,但是保存或者下一步总是报错:Chinese Commercial Code must contain digits.


3.Non-migrating dependent family members

Does the applicant have any dependent family members not travelling to Australia who are not
Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents?


我有个亲姐姐,比我大三岁,未婚.这个要填吗?



4.   雅思3个6.5, 1个6, 平均6.5   那Language ability 应该选Competent还是   Concessional Competent

2，可以不填
3，你姐不是你的dependent，所以不填
4，好像是competent，记不太清了
