有感于David Jones小组面试
今日参加了group interview. (检讨自己,迟到了.)分享一个情景面试:
1. Child has slipped some drink in the floor.
2. Phone is ringing.
3. A colleague is injured and need assistance.
4A customer is about to liftshop.
5. A customer come to return item.
排优先级, 必须达成一致意见,然后说明原因.
(一) 人的安全和健康是最重要的
我提倡: 安全是优先级最高的. Colleague 或者 floor 是唯一和安全相关的, 我会examine colleague and then wipe the floor.
人是最重要的, 根本不用思考. 就算我正在服务客户,也会和客户快速说明, 然后跑去帮助我的同事.
让我吃惊的是, 年纪最大的一个组员, 提议pick up the phone, 因为快/简单. 更让我意外的是, 其他3人全部附和了.
5人中有4人选择了answering the phone作为第一优先级, 除了我. 我坚持认为这个是最后的优先级.
4 VS 1, 所以我们组优先级第一的是接电话.
(二) 客户为中心
先到先服务呀, 可是我们组的人都说要先处理the customer who is about to liftshop.
4 VS 1, 所以我们组优先级第低的是处理退货的客户(退货就是不受待见啊).
这是个Part time工作, 这个面试体验还是挺有意思的。
不过，我可不希望和这群人一起工作, 呵呵!
任何情况下, 我都会跑去帮助colleague. 这种本来就没有什么对错，关键在于小组讨论时你怎么参与的，给的是什么理由，事实上，我也认为安全是第一的，但是最后需要达成一致。不知道最后总结是由谁说，总结完了如果你可以补充的话你仍然可以提出自己的意见，如果没有机会就不用再说话了。另外，迟到反而是大事。 本帖最后由 MICHELLE07 于 24-11-2013 10:41 编辑

在现实工作中，往往的确是接电话排第一
同意楼主“ 人的安全和健康是最重要的”观点。
不过“先到先服务”在实际执行中，要优先处理“the customer who is about to liftshop”。 顺便问一下楼主，这个part time job怎么去申请啊？ 在工作场所中接电话。也要看是什么类型的岗位和什么样的电话，若是公司的电话那一定要先接，若是个人的手机响了就不一定是非常重要的事，有的岗位是规定工作中不接手机的。 normally they will pick up the phone, and ask the person on the phone : Can you please hold? thanks.... then they will keep busy with whatever they were busy with. 第一个反应是去擦饮料~~~处女座没办法~~~:yct_12 肯定不是接电话。。。第一反应是抓那个shoplift的
很久以前参加过一个group interview. 后来面试官跟我的反馈是，我为了答案对错太积极了。其实这种group是让大家给出自己的意见，聆听别人的观点，再把众人观点整合起来的过程。答案其实无所谓的。看的是配合的过程。

how would you sure about the person is shoplift? I remember my friend who used to work a top department store while in uni, she shared with us for her training. that securities will wait until that person walk out the door with the unpaid products then can go to catch that person. as you're not allowed to do so in the store. there is no policy that you need to pay immediately after you have the products in hands, as you may want to hanging around to shop until get everything. loveaussie 发表于 28-11-2013 18:24

我只是乱入说我自己的感觉而已呀，没有说一定要怎么样的。
如果他们给出的原话是，about to shoplift，那是不是说这个人已经偷完准备走出去了呢？因为按照你的说法，直到走出去才算是shoplift。
我只是感觉这个事情是最快的，说一声提醒顾客付钱，80%他就不偷了。一句话几秒钟的事情 shoplift原来是偷东西啊;P;P;P;P;P
