关于ACS 在线提交的资料

我在ACS 网站看到提交的 资料是 这样说的 ：

1.Have all copies certified by an authorised person - (Crtified copy)
2.Scan & Save certified copies in a PDF file format and upload via the Online Application Form


是不是意思是 ：提交时候只要交certified copies，中文原件的copy 就不要呢？
