请问有前辈申请过NRAS么？
看到附近的townhouse在出租，于是打电话咨询。但是后物业说租客需要有NRAS Approval，才有资格租这里的房子。上网查到如下相关信息：
Who is eligible to rent an NRAS dwelling?
NRAS aims to provide affordable rental housing for low to moderate income earners including key and essential service workers, such as childcare workers, nurses, police officers, fire-fighters and paramedics.
How are tenants selected for NRAS dwellings?
Tenants for NRAS properties are selected by investors and their tenancy managers, except in Queensland. Queensland tenants are selected from the Queensland Government's One Social Housing Register.
Tenancy managers select tenants and maintain waiting lists for NRAS homes with assessment and selection of tenants being at the discretion of the tenancy management organisation. As long as NRAS eligibility requirements are met, tenancy decisions will be made in line with their usual policies and processes.
貌似房东如果加入NRAS的话，则租金要比市场价低20%，同时也能享受每年1万块政府补助。
请问是否有前辈向昆州政府申请过NRAS？新移民有资格申请么？等待期大概多长？
亦或大家还是从realestate.com.au上查找租房信息的？如果租房子的时候还没有找到工作，会不会有什么麻烦？

不用麻烦大家了，今天找到了答案，呵呵。
在下面这个网站上有详细的介绍：申请资格，申请表，运作过程，从realestate上如何查找NRAS房源：

总的来说对申请者以家庭为单位的年收入、存款数额都由要求。貌似对新移民没有等待期。申请后如果被认为是eligible的，则相应的property manager来挑选合适的tenant。
摘抄了一段如下，有兴趣的移友看看：
Am I eligible to rent under the scheme?
To become a registered prospective tenant under the NRAS in Queensland, you must meet all of the requirements listed below.
You must be an Australian citizen, have permanent residency, or have been issued with a temporary protection, or bridging visa.
You must be a Queensland resident, or provide evidence of your need to move to Queensland.
You or your household members must not own or part-own property in Australia or overseas. This includes residential or commercial property, land, mobile homes or caravans that are permanently connected to utilities.
Your money in bank accounts, shares and investments (including superannuation payouts) must not exceed $80,437.50 for a single person, or $100,000 for 2 or more household members.
Your proposed household’s combined annual gross income must not exceed the following limits:
One adult:
