SA的这个SNOL页面里面的"See IELTS explanation listed in Point 9 here" 怎么理解?

我理解的话就是4x6

9.1 Many occupations have a special IELTS requirement over and above the minimum DIAC requirement of 6.0 in each band, please see the State Nominated Occupation List (SNOL). If there is no special requirement listed you are required to meet the threshold requirement of 6.0 in each band
